Napoli vs Roma: Italian media report Rrahmani may be benched for Badiashile
What happened
Italian football sites report that Napoli's Rrahmani could lose his place in defence for the match against Roma. The reports say coach Allegri is weighing a change, with Badiashile and Rafa Marín as options.
When it started
Reports were published around 23 October 2026, ahead of the Napoli vs Roma fixture. The match date and kickoff time are not stated in the sources provided.
How it spread
According to ilNapolista, Rrahmani is tired, and Allegri is considering a defence built around Rafa Marín and Badiashile. Fantacalcio and NapoliCalcioNews.it describe the same doubts, citing turnover in defence. These are pre-match reports and speculation, not confirmed team news.
Why it matters
Defensive selection is a key question for fantasy football players and fans ahead of the match. Lineups are not official until the teams are announced, so the reported changes may not happen.
