Al Ahli (Jeddah) vs Al Gharafa: coach says team is ready, absences draw criticism
What happened
Saudi club Al Ahli (Jeddah) faces Qatar's Al Gharafa. According to Al Khaleej, Al Ahli's coach said the team is ready for the match.
When it started
The sources do not state a match date or competition. One Al Khaleej link carries a 2026-10-25 date in its URL, but the articles themselves do not confirm the fixture's timing.
How it spread
According to Twaslnews, Tony is expected to lead Al Ahli's attack, while Al Gharafa will rely on the experience of Ben Nasser and Brahimi. These are expected lineups, not confirmed ones.
Why it matters
Goal.com reports that Al Ahli's absences ahead of the match have drawn criticism. Its headline also contains unrelated text about artillery shelling in Russia-Ukraine, so the injury details are unverified.
